I've explained everything in the video as well as the description,

from 6:10 you can start seeing the auto jumps when hes holding RMB or some key, and the weird movement & bullet speed

and just so you know the guy does infact have hacks in possession he hangs out with ON hunting the one who is banned everywhere for hacks all the time and they test hacks together as shown in this video

I think it's pointless to add him in the watchlist considering that the evidence is clear from my side & Pavonis's side, as well as the videos that i have provided of huntpig

he must be banned for modifying the game files & using tools to gain advantage over others

since I was banned last time without getting to share my defense, as Freaker was lifeless enough to get in contacts with admins on discord before reporting so they'd ban me without waiting to hear my defense,

I'd like to post my defense in advance:



at first I had bought this logitech mouse in which  after i installed the software of it, there was no x y Sens adjustors in it, so a friend of mine recommended me to use chili mouse fix, so after using it (knowing that it was allowed since everyone uses it or atleast used to use it) (Which last month) Freaker (who was my friend at the time) noticed in my video that I had it opened in the background, then he asked me about it in a group in which me & sos & fulton was in it, and i responded to him with this




then after he told me that it's allowed, I had to make sure to ask an admin myself instead of making him do it for me, so i went to Gorcee and talked with him about it

and once Gorcee told me that it's not allowed, I deleted it from my pc immediately knowing that it was not allowed, and then I went back to my old mouse

as you can see in the video i made a comparison between my current mouse and chili mouse fix, there's literally barely a difference when it comes to aiming


so ye it was all just a misunderstanding, and i find it funny how he wants to report me for something that he himself used in the past,

including players like Risky,Sos,Burak and even Fulton, who used to play with it without realizing that it's not allowed just like me

if i had to make an example of someone i'd always mention Fulton, because he is the only vcmp player with a clean history without any usage of hacks,

so to know that even someone like him thought it used to be allowed, just tells you that shit happens, and the blame is on Bird, the one who made
the tool public in the first place and posted it on VKS forum to make it seem like it's allowed and trick players into using it.

I don't even know how this shit works @Bird is the one who was teaching me some stuff about it (cheat engine) and i've yet to figure out anything other than finding player's hp value Lol, so the fact that he knows how weak i am in cheat engine and how he's accusing me of doing some hack with it just shows how much of a raged pig he is for getting kicked from F2 clan, he only wants to find anyway to revenge.

Either way, I'm someone who records each time he's in the game, so if you really think i'd be using hacks while recording then you're just biased & delusional.

I find it funny how he acts friendly & does this shit with us, and at the end when we do the same thing to him, he starts crying on forum, really just shows his weak personality, and how serious he takes vcmp, valuing it more than his friendships
 
the amount of times he disturbed me in /duel is insane, he used to enter the arena via fpv bug and each time I knock the enemy, you cover him with your body, I considered him as a friend hence why I didnt record or report ( but seems like I should've never considered him as one, hes 2 faced)


@Admins all I can tell you is, I would've never done this with anyone whom I don't consider as a friend & trust, the fact that he's doing this just shows
that he's never to be trusted, if i knew he's like that, i would've never considered him as a friend or done these things with him,

 (even tho i'm not a rulebreaker as in i'd never repeat this with such a traitor)

even getting banned for this would be ironic, considering that "Bans" are meant for rulebreakers(who intentionally break rules), not friends who were having fun

but seems like I shouldn't have considered him as a friend,


either way I guarantee you that you'll never find me doing it again, and the ban time is just ridicilous for such a thing, considering that Lumberjack gave Legend a warning only, then when he didn't stop it, he banned him for a day, not "2 weeks" for absoulutely messing around with a friend, make it fair & reduce the ban time
instead of showing bias in this case,



PS: incase he lies and says i was never friends with him, I can provide discord chats & vcmp chats, as well as how he is infact my student in vcmp, I literally spent 2 hours daily teaching him about shotgun and how to use it

I even shared him my steam account for paid games, that's how much i trusted him ( which shows that I wouldn't have done this if i knew he's 2 faced)

I hope a fair admin will deal with this, not someone who is willing to support Freaker blindly and deny the ban appeal just for the fact that "rules are rules"

if rules are rules, without mentioning friendships, then why did Legend only get banned one day after disturbing constantly in a duel, despite him getting warned multiple times by an admin, I didn't even get a warning or anything...

like i said it wont happen again since now I'm more aware of whom to trust and whom to consider as an enemy.
