you're running gta-vc as windows xp service pack 3 but not vcmp

ye could be because i changed them, which one should i pick?


Edit: I tried all settings, the one that works and doesnt show me the error signal is the windows 98, but game does not work. and if i try the others, i get the error

Right click gta-vc and check Run as Administrator then try playing

Then try making VCMPBrowser run into Administrator mode. But remove the administrator mode settings from gta-vc.exe first.

  you don't have to run gta-vc or vcmp as administration  im running it without
