Title: change diepos cost

Suggestion for:Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can):can you change cost 2 or 3 ecd for diepos? I think 10 ecd too much it can waste our ecd

Yes atleast reduce it to 5 ecd

The cost was changed to from 1 ECD to 10 ECD because it's more powerful than /gotoloc and /goto but in same time it was cheaper than goto and gotoloc. /goto wont work if opponent enable 'nogoto' while /gotoloc has timer so that the opponent can get ready before fighting again. But with diepos, you get teleported right away at the position you die, your opponent could not stop it and also have less time to get ready which is a big advantange for you..

Anyway, after discussion we have decided to change the cost to 5 ECD instead, as 10 ECD is probably too high...
