Why useless? The skins are not enough there and very few, this is easy thing adding it.

Denied for now, i will add more characters when i'm free and it's not my priority considering not many players use them. But if you want new character to be added, you may also make the character yourself and suggest them in Suggestion board. These are the example of character images.

The background must be transparent and with similar size and position with the image above, the signature generator will merge the character with signature background itself so make sure the size and position is right. Basically, you can just download the image above then remove the character and add the new character that you want in there; at same position and size.
