Reason for report: As you can see, I have reported fulton previously for using lag tool which was denied without any reason .

in this video, you can see clearly how he turned ON Lag tool after the shotgun hit at 0;09 and became UNHITABLE as you can see from 0:21 to 0:25.

Personally, the evidence was insufficient in my view and it's probably the reason your last report was denied.
