Title: Improve the kick / warn system for FPS drops or Ping spikes

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) Server
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): As I already stated by naming the title I was meant to say improve the system for FPS drops & Ping spikes because most of the time server can't detect when players' jttr are high and are constantly spiking so I prefer to improve the work on it.

They are already adjusted to be on average (not too high or too low), considering most players dont have a good computer or fast internet connection. Strict system sound nice to ensure smooth gameplay but what's the point of all that if you are going to play alone or with very few players since majority of players wont be able to play if we make it stricter..
