Extra notes: He's been banned and known as a constant rule-breaker and death-evader in the past but still he's not learning from his mistakes.

@Serum, Have you got any good explanation/defensive proof? I'll wait for you to reply in 24 hours before taking action.

I apologize to Hazard, I was not intentionally attempting to death-evade,
It was a program which got opened in the background, it wont happen again.

The video gave me the idea that something is not right. The death msg didn't appear early + you didn't quit in the meantime. However, you ought not to quit the game. You could have closed the program and re-entered the game instead of closing it.

You've been warned+added in the watchlist. Hopefully, this won't happen again.
