Title: Spawn bug

Date it happened:Since European went back.
The bug:Whenever I try to spawn / move in the character,it doesn't allow me.It's also displaying this :

Extra notes:I use Windows XP,VCMP Works everywhere except here,please try to fix this soon.

It's VCMP bug as far as I know, you may report it on VCMP forums.

It's a VC:MP bug and not server bug, please wait until the developers fix it.
