Title: Player report - Gogeta^ Fake timeout

Player Nick: Gogeta^
Date: 2 days before he get kick from clan with some minutes
Reason for reporting: Fake timeout

There was some issues with my internet connection at that time and my internet always has that kinda problem once in a week. Hazard and Ronnie know well about my internet connection and it's problem as well. That's all and why would I fake timeout on full HP? He is easy and I would fake timeout infront him, nice joke by him.

The timeout, however, doesn't seem to be fake. But we've added Gogeta in our watchlist. In case it is repeated, He'll be punished.
