Title: Reduce /startevent time

Suggestion for:(Forum/Server) reduce /startevent time
Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): everytime you play an event, then you wanna play it again by /startevent it says you have to wait 30 minutes to start another event, i don't know the point of making it for 30 minutes therefore, i suggest to make it 10/5 minutes waiting duration before starting another one
Extra notes: it'll make the server more enjoyable

Updated, but i will only reduce time from 30 minutes to 20 minutes. The event usually takes quite some time, e.g. gangwar event takes 10 mins. So, when the event ends, the player just need to wait 10 minutes more to start another one. I want to keep the mini game as side game, the main world should be the main game. If the time limit is too short, it could affect the number in default world. Anyway, you can still ask admin to start the event since there's no time limit for them.
