@Mr.Moon , if you have some sort of evidence, that will be helpful. Most preferably video. Otherwise, screenshot showing your pc lagged/hanged.

My bandicam stopped recording cuz 10 mints were completed(not cracked).

Was he disconnected? And did he rejoin right after that?

The situation more or less seems like his PC was hanged as it doesn't show him as disconnected. However, there is not proper proof from @Mr.Moon 's side. Thus, he has been warned.

Take care from next time. Try to avoid these mishaps by closing all your other applications when playing.
