Reason for reporting: Stats padding on newbies
Evidence:(Screenshots, videos..etc) https://imgur.com/a/eblQkNu - as you can see in the pic, he were killing newbies to get in top spree - here's a video when he tried to do the same with another newbies... https://youtu.be/jJcPgRa3KQc
Extra notes: remove him from top spree list, also Amir were killing those newbies with him...

Stats padding rules updated, removed the following:

Note:
The script was updated some time ago to enable nogoto by default for new players/newbies. Since players cant teleport directly to newbies, so we dont see the need to keep this rules as newbies can easily escape by vehicles if they cant protect themself/fight...

Lol i didn't know stats padding rule was removed, i usually try not to kill newbies, Sad i would've already been on the top 1 sprees if i knew killing newbies is allowed..., also /nogoto 2 won't save the newbies since you can easily goto their loc and kill them whenever they spawn just like you did.

Hey,
The report was being discussed. And yes, it's not counted as stats padding due to the removal of the rule. Players can change the skin and teleport to new location to avoid the combat. Alongwith that, mohamed seems to be engaging the fight himself.
But, spawn camping at default location is still not allowed. And I can see @Meth! is spawn camping at the default spawn position of newbies. Therefore, FixedGear has been warned for spawn camping continuously. @Meth! , avoid spawn camping. You've made upto 90 spree by doing so. If you are found repeating the same action, the punishment will be severe than the warn.
