Oh, sorry seems like i overlooked the report and came to realize when you mentioned it here. I logged in to clear it out, i'll leave this report for other management member to solve since im in hurry. As for the last report, your last warn is removed now and i've edited my last post to clear things out. But, the report is still denied since there was no evidence of him supporting his cousin.

After a few days I decided to reply this useless report.

Actually I was trying to shoot the above place but actually my mouse was jagged so that's why I used my RPG down there.

What you call wall glitch is "area-damage"

About close-range thing - I actually told you my intention was to knock you off when you were running from the building below.

I have tested it with players and I found the difference of 2 in the range - Probably the range is 22 though I haven't full-killed you.

Your warn has been removed and we replicated the same video on what hazard provided and somehow the results shows it is around ranging 22-26 meters, a verbal warn may do to hazard upon the agreement to the management, about the rpg we do think his intent to knock you down and it can be a mistake that everyone can make, anyways this case is not something a big deal just a minor mistake.
