Can i kill newbies at their spawn? like at the image

i saw a lot of people doing that, so i guess it's allowed...

- Shoot default spawn position
   Explanation: Intentionally shoot/kill player that spawn at default spawn position( not diepos/spawnloc )
I want know good that rule to see if upload or not my video

yes but spawnkilling not allowed.

You need to understand this. Spawn killing is not allowed. But, you can wait for the player to spawn, run a bit away and then engage in a fight. Basically, spawn camping is allowed. That is, staying at the place of player's spawn TILL he/she is in position of fight.
