Reason for reporting: Sniper hack

Extra notes:  He created a hack that allows him to shoot with a sniper rifle at any time through the wall. He also gave it to other wk members https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5AV4LDx88A. This is a typical kewun's brother. He has always developed and used cheats, continues to do so and always will. He already had a lot of bans for cheats. This guy will never change. For God's sake, give him a real permanent ban!
