as you can see in those past reports, me and risky and dawdi were punished for the same thing, and yet Hazard is taking masteroz's side and denied my report on him, even tho Masteroz himself admit that he death evaded 3 times

Both of the reports you provided as example had clear evidence (videos showing the player jumping from the building) so the admins can decide themself. While your report only shows him already on the ground and die (it could be intentionally or unintentional). For death evade/command abuse, screenshots as evidence is not valid. Make sure your evidence is in type of video.
Denied, a warn or a verbal warn seems acceptable considering the report lack evidence. If he's caught again next time, there will be heavier punishment since he was already verbally warned.
