Title: MeeR.Wolf - Killing to newbies and making a spree of 25 kills

Date: almost 2 days ago ( 10 December i think )
Reason for reporting: killing to newbies

Extra notes: Just watch full video. He was killing 2 newbies at Cubans. I told him not to kill newbies but he continued so i recorded it.

After glancing at the rules, there are no such rules regarding killing newbies.
