Where is he standing? If it's the street, I wouldn't consider it a wall glitch. If he is using some hidden textures, let me know.

Check out the radar, he is on the other side of that street.

@Killer frost^  this video is not clear enough and as decent said we can't consider it as a wall glitch. So do you have any other videos?!
