Ban ID: 1792
Date you were banned: half a year ago
Suspected reason: ban evade
Admin that banned you: Diaz
Why should we unban you ?: it's been a year since I'm banned I'm sorry for whatever I did give me a chance to play fair. I will not play unfair again.

Probably because you did not say which admin banned you and there is no active ban with ID 1792 either:

I don't remember my ban id all I know is that *MAYBE* I'm banned and I don't want to break any rule by joining the server. Consider this app as an unban appeal so I can make sure that I'm unbanned and I can play safely.

Before this I unbanned you and you did same mistake again. How can I trust you that you won't repeat again?
