Hey there, I recently gave vcmp a try after 2 years of absence, and noticed that due to my system operation which is Windows 10 , my game is lagging even though it always says that I have 60fps.
So I came here asking if any of you guys does have a fix to drop here, since I am willing to come back
Thanks

It haven't been 2 years since your last spree on Sos nub h,
Windows 10 has issues with Gta vc, if you were playing it on windows 7,8, then switched to 10, you'll notice difference in the game's screen frames, even tho it shows 60 in /fps, it'll still be as if you're playing on 30 fps in your screen,
Solution 1 - type 'gamebar' in your search box, then disable it from the settings and regedit
Solution 2 - /setconfig game_streammem 4192
Solution 3 - change the game's compatibility settings to Windows 98

game_streammem max value is 2048 , it won't go beyond that.

Not really, it depends on how much vram you got, Thunder got 8 gb vram, and he can adjust 4192 streammem

I had the same problem long ago, I'm currently using Win 7 due to that leaving win 10 for the other pc, such as for your issue, is your PC good? else it's just that your pc isn't compatible with win 10, Try Installing Win 10 lite it might work.

I used to play on laptop win7 with a bad gpu but still was smoother than my actual gaming pc. Seems to be a win10 problem.
