Reason for reporting: ban evade

Extra notes: this is the 2and time he ban evade. he should be perma banned I think so...

I tried to connect with Telekom's nick
But guess what i failed
then i tried to join with my name but still i couldn't because guess what
you can't ban evade ec ban system ..

His new excuse the which he forgot to say,: i'm not emi, Smok was playing  &etc, if it was smok, he's newbie in vcmp and I heared that he's working with Kewun about that Aurora or whatever it is, and his playstyle is not like that.
