The bug:When u pause sometimes the server autorespawns you and this is abusable

This happens when you are fighting with someone or had fought recently. (Rare cases when someone is near you)

It's not a bug, it's a feature. The players that paused in fight dont simply respawn, they will also get +1 death and the last person that fought him will get +2 assist (equal to 1 kill)
