Reason for reporting: Aimlock/Suspicious lag

Extra notes: In First video you can see i was fighting with salfsa aka uzair and some how he knocked me, In upward you can see birdman was also knocked when he stand up he suddenly headshot me without moving aim and it's not easy to make headshot from long distance while knocked, In second video i was shooting on his head but he survived he using headprotection or laghacks, But i'm pretty sure he usess something.. In the end of video his aim flicked 2/3 bullets on left side.. This is not any bug or something, If he had scroll bug then it shoots for only 1 time but he shot more than 2 bullets, There are a lot of peoples who witnessed that he usess something for m4 and lag.. I got evidence i came here and reported him.
P.S: I want admins here only, I will no reply any one except witness because evidence is clear as crystal @cool3 thanks

I don't see any kind of lag tool or aimbot (his aim is fine, nothing suspicious) other than teleportation lag plus bad connection that causes him all this lag.
