Well this wasn't done intentionally what happened is that i had low hp i stood at the edge of slide and throw a nade as i was about very close to the wall the nade glitched and thrown near me and i thought that my nade didn't thorwn from hand and i started healing as i couldn't jump down from the slide due to having 4 hp, the nade eventually exploded there while i was about to heal.,
i also admit it was my mistake and it won't happen again.
