How can we know he did it intentionally? From what I see is he was following the other pink and suddenly exploded, it looks like someone knocked him and he was left with grenade just like in this report.

do you have more clear proof or more evade videos? Because the evidence isn't clear.

Dont you think its the underalias guy headache to provide his pov and there are many reports which are accepted without the visibility of a person exploding.

I've got the words from both underalias guys. Levi & Drag3n, It's confirmed Levi knocked Drag3n when he threw grenade there. Same case as I sent above. It was a video proof though. Next time provide a proper proof of someone evading.
