Im gonna reply on boss"s behalf as he cant do it rn coz of his busy routine.

The video mentioned above is totally unintentional and wasnot done on purpose but its just that one cant observe the area of explosion effect and also he didnot noticed his hp..the area was very conjested and low spaced lol these type of cases must occurs and also the opponent team were using molotove too and they also did the same(Zywoo) i have few clips recorded its literally the same case i can post them if you want me though.
Using molotove in these situations are kind of risky but we cant leave using the wep just because of fear of getting banned.
Once again the video posted by shafin's clearly shows there was no intention of evade..
