To me first video isn't clear, I want views from you on it. 4th one is completely unintentional.

Unfortunately, I ran out of space recently and I deleted recordings of like 40 GBS I also deleted this recording by mistake.
So now I can just explain the whole scenario here.
About 2nd video: I went upstairs and threw nades to downstairs to block their way and it somehow glitched ( i didn't mean to that ) neither it is easy to do but somehow it glitched and effected pavonis
3rd video: I went close to pavonis to throw nade and when I throw nade,Pavonis's teammate knocked me with grenade ( throwing nade and shooting ) which leads it to explode myself.

Due to the conjusted place I can agree it happens, just like in Kaizen's report earlier.
About evade I can see you healed yourself so its understandable it wouldn't have been intentional. Be careful with such incidents.
