Title: Regarding close combat RPG

I would like more clarification on what is considered close range and thus illegal and what is not since people have been whining on me for breaking the rules while corner trapping them with an RPG.
I dunno whether admin discretion is in play here or just a general distance.

Using rocket in range where chrome shotgun can reach which is 24 meters is not allowed in EC, also including thr general rule of rocket glitch which is fast switching in close combat is also not allowed.
