At this point, it seems like he was trying to kill you with the Molotov rather than evading death. Do you have more proof that he died that way?

Havenot you solved similar cases in past ? He had low hp and yet he spamming molotove more and more without care of less hp" look the video at lowest speed then you will realise the situation

You wanna save him now by telling it was unintentional? Not all want evade but it happens to all and all get punishment why not this player?

After watching the video what I’ve noticed is that he knocked you with he shotgun (while your hp was decreasing because of his mol) and the other guy took his kill so at this point we can’t say that it was intentional death evade and also he do not have any history of d-e, On the other hand what you said is right he was using the mols on low hp which can increase the risk of d-e. So i’ve decided to give him a verbal warn this time for using mols while having low hp. Solved.
