Title: banlist was cleaned

banlist was cleaned because [ON]KxZ., [ON]KakaroT and ANONIMUL they do not have ban, You can see to webstats--ban list and I  did not do ban evade  :-\

Maybe it was not your intention to ban evade but still you've been perma banned on this server for using hacks for multiple times.
