stop making ban appeal you cought cheating several times + evade.....you will not unban

Okay, It was in general me who banned you, Aaron just commanded on IRC.

I'm decreasing your ban time from Permanent to 1 month & if you'll be caught again, believe me you'll be banned forever from EC. Even ban list gets cleared.
