Extra notes: already warned him about using it that it's not allowed, yet he kept abusing it in the war and making free kills off-it,

@Hazard told me that it's not allowed despite it being enabled again by some mistake, n he said to report the player if i have the clip, so here we go.

Heli blade is disabled again. It was enabled for an event and admins forget to disable it at that time. Thanks for reporting. Solved
