Thanks for reporting. However, the evidence provided is not enough for us to conclude he used an aimbot or otherwise any hacks. I request you to share some more evidence and please share a video of at least 30 seconds.

About the second video, could possibly be a VCMP desync. It happens sometimes. I'll keep this report for the next 48 hours, in case you've got something to add.
