Reason: Some kind of health hack or F1 hack

As you can see in the video,the above duration i shoot him his health won't go down. He used that hack also before some time. But unfortunately,I can't record it. A ban will be fit on it.!

Look closely when you punched him, he moved away while lying on the ground meaning you made him desynched on your screen. However he could have done the same to you effectively having both of you desynched on each other's screen. Based on this possibility this report has insufficient evidence for F1 hacking, Denied.
