I Buy This PC Today
After Installition GTA This error show on screen

Change yours PC Resolution and Restart your PC.
Try all.

Seems like you actually don't have installed any graphics driver for your gpu; download and install this http://www.iobit.com/es/driver-booster.php,. and there you can update display drivers. It's not so hard.

As for the second error, just like the error pop-up window is telling you, you need a 64 bit version installer of the game.

Go to Device Manager:

Then:
go to Display adapters
right click on "standard VGA Graphics Adapter" click on properties
Then go to "Details"
Search "Hardware ID"
Then copy the number at the first line
for example "PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_104A&SUBSYS_522219DA&REV_A1"

then search on google, and download correct driver.

Go to screen resolution forum right click then advance setting then a box will open. take screen shot and post here like this:
