Title: Country detector bugged

Date it happened: I have noticed it yesterday
The bug: The country detector is bugged in server. Whenever, someone joins the server it shows the country as unknown.
Extra notes:I have some logs from server as proof.

Yes. After weather update, it's still a problem in the server to catch some impersonators and others.
