From the looks of it, those nades are directed at you at not to anyone who entered the bank. Be that as it may, I'll be issuing a warning for him to keep fights away from bank BUT that will be no excuse for anyone to purposely camp bank to report as bank shooting. That will be a warning for the reporter so keep that in mind.
