Reason for reporting:  Stats Padding And Killing At Default Locations

i don't know who are that's Tommy Kids If you feel it's stats Padding so you don't know what is stats padding!
BTW Admins better know that what is stats padding!

Spawnkilling is when he shoots where the player spawns within his default spawn position and for them to unable to run/move by continuing shooting and there's no stats padding here.
