It happens with me too But it is simple like that wait
When you are at afk someone Shot your head with Sniper and then he must Quit the Game
And then you back in game you got a HeadShot and They Displays '' bla bla bla Died For Some Reason ''
This Happens with me too ... Don't Worry about that if it Occurs again and again Then IDK about that

It happens in grenades, laser sniper, rocket case. Like someone shot you with sniper when your game was paused/minimized. That guy disconnected and you continued your game, you got the hit & died for some reason.
Solved & moved to appropriate board.
