Reason: Wall glitch or hack which allows him to shoot through the wall or rooftop ( as you can see in the video).

It's the "Prawn Shark Mansion". Here, you can shoot through almost all of its walls & roofs as this mansion is totally a glitched place in whole PC, get in mansion & you'll see it that you can shoot through walls, it's allowed.
