That's because server has detected you attempting death evasion, whether you paused the game or disconnected from server.

What you mean with 'lost reputation' ? The message was private, other players in the server wont see the message( except admins, they will be notified about it by server ). However, as you posted it here, everyone can see the picture now :P
By the way, it wont simply send the notice when you leave the server or pause the game, but it also checks few other things to improve detection. According to log, you paused your game when your health was 0 and there was someone from other team in the radius of 10 m from you. Anyway, i've updated the script to ignore players that paused the game with HP 0 as they will probably die after they backs. It's currently in testing, bugs are expected.
