Suggestion for: Forum
Add much as you can: Add the shout box again.
Extra Notes: No need to remove shoutbox if the players are insulting someone or whatever. Just give that guy a forum ban or shoutbox ban ( I don't know if this is applicable)

well it will be good if shout-box gonna add again cause i saw many newbies were asking about how to use forum :p 1+
