Title: .Net Framework 3.5 disaster

I have been facing this retarded problem 0x800F0906 while installing .net framework 3,5 i have tried millions of ways for solve this it is unsolveable if you guys have any solution please tell me .THanks

Actually i have windows 8,1 but if i download sp1 for 8.1 will it work instead of .net framework?

Should work fine after installing that.

If you still having the same problem, I have a solution for you:

First, you need:
1) USB or CD of Windows instalation (also you can use ISO and mount it)
2) that program (link on description)
3) a bit of lucky (okno)
