Title: 'duel zone' bug - able to kill spectators.

The bug: When we are dueling on 'duel zone' (/duel <player> <ecd>), We are able to kill spectators by using python and just with that weapon.

It's vcmp problem. I've set immunity to the spectators, but it still doesnt work with some weapons.
