Title: Time of death quickly back

Your suggestion(please include as much info as you can): Add time of death back of 2 seconds as when you die it won't take so long to respawn, as in this video:

In my opinion, the current script helps reducing spawnkilling on last position since there's an actual timer now.

but EC is 100% a server of DM and to all love that suggestion. If everyone will vote with +1 then that suggestion will be accepted?

Spawnkilling is not the main problem the problem is time i don't think to make it long like original VC actually it is dm server so this feature is important in our server.
