You have to ask a friend to send you his VCMP either try to install directx from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=34429 and VC redist x64

Download this and install it. Then try to open vcmp browser, hope it will work.

i download dll files and copy into window folder and game run.\
