Why everytime he gets perma ban and next week he become unbanned?
I am sorry Ryaga, I am saying that because I think that admins must take it seriously.  Perma ban is not a joke, you can be unbanned 4 or 5 times but everytime become unbanned.  The staff are not taking you seriously

Casper should be PERMABANNED not TEMPORARILY BANNED like always.
But , admins, are giving seeing us differently.
You see, to you, he's a hacker, but to admins - he's just collateral
It's a very delicate decision , and if they would permaban him , that means everyone doing things like him would be permabanned as well.
Do you really wish that? because many of you are getting banned 2-3 times a month. I don't think that's a reason to get you permabanned for Ryuga.
