Once we could change the weather for a particular player back in 0.3 but now it doesn't exists in 0.4.

You can change the duel zone to a close zone. Like loc duel

I will suggest to allow us using hacks in ec EXCEPT for dueling :D

The duel arena will be moved inside the 'duel' loc, probably after next restart.
