In the first video he clearly tried to grenade-glitch to fill the place with grenades.
In the second video he wanted to burn dark wolf with molotov, but dark wolf and Tic,both got set on fire, so dark wolf hit Tic, that Tic got killed because a stubby takes way damage ,and combined with molototv's damage results in "faded death".
These are both cases of his own mistake.Just my opinion ,and isn't it correct?

Going to the topic, it's not done intentionally with the evasion he did, as for the molotovs and grenades sometimes you can't avoid being killed that others see it as evade.
