1) - forum report: he locked his topic before I could say anything -I had to create new topic to prove it wasn't any hack we were talking about
2) - IRC spamming

he spammed three times like this today,in irc. Disturbing me and my other friends.

He did this before too and did it again like a boss and admins denied report :/
Have a look at this one too why did he lock topic ?
I know there is no problem for admins but what about those who are reported ?

this is not a problem for administrators,but it is for the players that may have arguments to add to their reports,isn't it?
Start using your brain and stop banning senseless,denying the reports without a logic.
I consider another admin should handle these reports.
Look,don't take this offensive.I am saying Crack is very easy to trigger mad, and , then he starts paying less attention to the detail like he did in some reports.
All I'm saying is start listen to some people called "ON".We're not the cheaters that you think we are.

About looking the topics it should be disallowed, but players may be doing it because players actually are replying where they shouln't, you're doing it actually in other reports, hunting. However, I may discuss with other admins about disabling the option for regular players or at least to make it against forum rules and don't give them the possibility to look their topics since it's really annoying and for example in the report against you, you were unable to give an answer and defend yourself. Going back to the report, I don't see that casper is spamming, it was just two times, I guess there are ''personal issues'' between you and him :p so I'll denied this, if you have more evidence about him spamming fell free to pm and I can re open this topic.

@HunTinG, I think I'm capable to handle reports, to take decisions... I already warned him for locking topics, If I see another post locked by this guy. I'll ban him from posting.
